During this time, LUMO focuses on completing updates, improvements, and ongoing tasks to keep your website running smoothly and aligned with your business needs. This structured approach ensures your website continues to evolve without delays or back-and-forth scheduling. Work is completed consistently within your assigned time, allowing for steady progress and reliable turnaround. Tasks completed during this time may include page updates, content edits, SEO improvements, blog publishing, newsletter setup, design adjustments, and general website maintenance. Reserved Project Time is not a meeting and does not require your attendance. Instead, it is focused work time used to complete requests and maintain your website behind the scenes. All requests should be submitted through your client portal or communicated within your Google Space prior to your scheduled time. This allows your project time to be used efficiently and ensures tasks are completed in an organized and timely manner. While this time is scheduled as a 3-hour block, the work completed may vary depending on the scope and priority of requests. This system allows LUMO to manage your website effectively while maintaining a consistent workflow across all clients. Reserved Project Time provides structure, consistency, and dedicated attention to your website—so you can focus on running your business while LUMO handles the rest.
Cancellation Policy
Reserved Project Time is scheduled by your assigned LUMO team member and is not a client-booked appointment. This time is placed on your account so you can clearly see when work on your website is scheduled to be completed. This scheduled time is dedicated exclusively to working on your website and does not require your attendance. It is not a meeting or consultation. Reserved Project Time may be adjusted or rescheduled by LUMO as needed due to project flow, task priorities, or scheduling needs. Any changes will be communicated within your Google Space or client portal. Clients are not responsible for booking, rescheduling, or attending this time. However, to ensure your time is used effectively, all requests and updates should be submitted prior to your scheduled time. This structure allows LUMO to maintain an organized workflow, provide consistent progress, and ensure your website continues to be updated and maintained efficiently.
