Service Description
The Project Review Meeting is your time to connect directly with your LUMO team member regarding your website. Use this session to review updates, ask questions, provide feedback, or go over next steps for your project. This meeting helps keep communication clear, aligned, and moving forward. Project Review Meetings are optional and designed to support your website experience when needed. Most updates and requests should be submitted through email or your Google Space to keep your project organized and ensure your Reserved Project Time is used efficiently.
Cancellation Policy
Project Review Meetings are optional and must be scheduled in advance. All project requests and updates must be submitted through email or your Google Workspace (Google Space). This ensures your requests are documented, organized, and completed during your Reserved Project Time. These meetings are separate from your Reserved Project Time and do not count toward your scheduled website work hours. Reserved Project Time is dedicated to completing updates, improvements, and ongoing tasks. Meetings should be used when direct conversation or clarification is needed, not for submitting standard requests. LUMO may recommend a meeting if additional discussion is required to move your project forward.
