Cancellation Policy

Class Policy 1. No Refunds All class registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or non-attendance. Please ensure that you are able to attend the class before registering. 2. Class Rescheduling In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, LUMO reserves the right to reschedule classes. If a class is rescheduled, you will be notified via email, and you will have the option to attend the new session or receive a credit for a future class. 3. Access to Class Materials Upon successful completion of the class, you will receive access to the class recording (if applicable) and any supporting materials provided during the session. These materials are for personal use and cannot be shared or redistributed. 4. Punctuality We ask that all participants join the class at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss essential content, and we are unable to offer extra time or personalized follow-up for missed content. 5. Participation & Engagement While participation is encouraged, please be respectful and considerate of other participants. LUMO reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the class or engages in inappropriate behavior. 6. Technical Requirements It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have the necessary equipment (computer, internet connection, audio, and video) to participate in the class. LUMO is not responsible for technical difficulties experienced by the participant. 7. Confidentiality By registering for the class, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any shared content, including but not limited to proprietary information, class materials, and any discussions that take place during the session. 8. Copyright All content presented during the class is protected by copyright. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any materials from the class without permission is prohibited.
