Cancellation Policy

📸 Photography Services Booking Policy Thank you for booking your photography session with Erica Harding! To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following booking policy: ✅ Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% charge of the total session cost. 🕒 Arrival & Session Timing Please arrive on time and ready to begin. Delays may cut into your session time. Sessions begin at the scheduled time and cannot be extended due to late arrival. 📍 Location & Travel All on-location sessions include travel within 20 miles of Katy, TX. A travel fee will apply for sessions beyond this radius and will be discussed during booking. 🎨 Image Delivery Edited images will be delivered via online gallery within 7–10 business days. Final image counts are listed in the session descriptions. Additional retouched images may be purchased upon request. 📷 Image Usage Erica retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio or promotional purposes. Clients receive usage rights for personal and business use. Commercial licensing may require an additional fee.
