Cancellation Policy
This Monthly IT Support Membership offers consistent, reliable tech support for small businesses and entrepreneurs. It includes ongoing troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and general system maintenance to help keep your operations running smoothly. What’s Included: Up to 2 hours of support per month Email and app integration support Monthly system checkups and performance reviews Response within 48 business hours Expert guidance and issue resolution What’s Not Included: Custom website builds or redesigns Emergency or after-hours support On-site technical services Hardware repairs or replacements Terms & Conditions: Support time resets monthly and does not roll over. All support requests must be submitted via email to hello@ilovelumo.com. Membership renews on a monthly basis unless canceled. To cancel, written notice must be sent at least 5 business days before your next renewal date. LUMO may update service offerings with 30 days' advance notice.
