This is a planning session to help you align your vision and decide the best time and setup for your upcoming shoot. From professional headshots to branded lifestyle images, Erica will help ensure your photos reflect your business with purpose and polish.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Visual Identity Consultation with Erica Harding Consultation Duration: This is a 30-minute virtual call designed to understand your brand and photography needs prior to booking a photoshoot. Scheduling: All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Availability may vary based on current bookings. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before your appointment. Use the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Missed appointments or no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee or loss of priority scheduling. Preparation: Please come prepared with a general idea of your brand, preferred photo style, and any questions you may have. This helps Erica tailor the consultation to your needs. Photography Sessions: This consultation does not include a photoshoot. It is intended to plan, align, and determine the best approach for your professional business photography session.
