Cancellation Policy

Free Consultation: Each client or business is entitled to one free consultation. This consultation is designed to understand your needs, explore potential solutions, and discuss how LUMO can support your business goals. 2. Consultation Details: To ensure the consultation is as productive as possible, please have all relevant information ready before the meeting. Please include all stakeholders or team members who will be involved in the project or decision-making process during the consultation. This will ensure everyone is aligned and can contribute to the discussion. 3. Scheduling: Consultations must be booked through our online scheduling system or by contacting hello@ilovelumo.com. Availability for consultations is based on our team’s schedule, so please book in advance to secure your preferred time. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations: There is no cancellation fee for consultations. No-call/no-shows will be charged a $60 fee for their next consultation booking. 5. Follow-Up: After your consultation, we’ll provide a summary of the discussion and any next steps. Additional consultations or services will be subject to our regular pricing.
